Description
Route Grimma to Muldenstein
From Grimma the tour leads on paved paths along the Mulde and from the village of Rothersdorf through the Planitzwald to Schmölen. There you can take the passenger ferry to the east bank in season or continue the tour to the village of Grubnitz. In Grubnitz, both paths meet again and lead you through small towns, through nature and through the town of Eilenburg with the ferry to Gruna. There you can cross to Hohenprießnitz. Traveling north you will enter the town of Bad Düben and follow the cycle paths along well paved paths and country lanes to the Pouch Reservoir and Muldenstein.
