Description
Staphorst is a beautiful old village, nice to discover on foot. It has a protected village view and you will see one monumental farm of the Staphorster type after the other. Thatched and usually with doors and shutters painted in the authentic color green. Beautiful! Be sure to also visit the Municipal Museum Farm. Then you take a walk through Boswachterij Staphorst. How wonderfully quiet it is here. You will discover several lakes, such as Play Pond Zwarte Dennen. Here you will find sandy beaches and a lawn where you can sunbathe or have a picnic. Delicious on a beautiful day! Then you walk back to the nice old Staphorst.
