Description
Staphorst is a beautiful old village, nice to discover on foot. It has a protected village view and you see one monumental farm after another of the Staphorst type. Thatched and usually with doors and shutters that are painted in the authentic color green. Beautiful! Be sure to also drop by the Municipal Museum Farm. Then take a walk through Boswachterij Staphorst. How wonderfully quiet it is here. You will discover various lakes, such as Speelvijver Zwarte Dennen. Here you will find sandy beaches and a lawn where you can sunbathe or picnic. Wonderful on a beautiful day! Then you walk back to the nice old Staphorst.
