Enjoyment route through forests and estates near Baarle

You wind back and forth across the Belgian border to Baarle. A total of 30 pieces of Belgium and the Netherlands are intertwined in this enclave village! In the built-up area, the enclave boundaries have been made visible everywhere with special paving stones. The national tricolor on the house number signs also indicates whether you are in Belgium or the Netherlands. Then follow the Bels line to the north. This former track leads all the way to Tilburg. In Alphen you turn from the Bels Lijntje to follow a string of estates towards historic Hilvarenbeek with the terraces at the Vrijfhof. At Landgoed Gorp en Roovert you will discover a monumental hunting lodge in the hamlet of Gorp.
