Your route starts at Het Tuinhuis in the Historical Garden of Aalsmeer. An appropriate starting point! This cycling route takes you to the windmills around Kaag and the bulb region around Lisserbroek. You drive to the Kagerplassen via the Westeinderplassen. Enjoy cycling along the water! Along the way you will encounter numerous windmills, such as the Adermolen in the Aderpolder: an ultimate Dutch sight. The Kagerplassen are a unique water sports area, the oldest in the country! It is a real paradise for lovers of sailing, water skiing and rowing. And for cyclists, because all those boats on the water are a pleasure! Along the way you will pass another beautiful garden: Park Groot Leerust, a beautiful area that consists of the previously private garden of the Groot Leerust country house.
