Green round between Delft and Rotterdam

You start at the Havendijk Hotel in Schiedam. After a cup of coffee you drive to Delft via the beautifully green and water-rich Abtswoudse Bos. In the medieval center of Delft you can still see Het Steen, the Waag, the Visbanken and the Cameretten. Just outside the city you immediately cycle through the greenery of the Delftse Hout. The Bieslandse Bos consists of a variety of forest, swamp, untouched fields and swamp forests. Then you follow De Groenzoom, a nature and recreation area that connects Midden-Delfland with the Groene Hart. De Buitenplaats is a park for walking, cycling, playing and relaxing. Note the hill with the deer park and the small lake with the play pond. Also special is the so-called Ice Cellar site with the willow lane.
