Cycling through Germany from Wellerlooi

Wellerlooi is located on the east side of the Maas. In North Limburg also called"de Loi\\\". The village is located in the middle of the Maasduinen National Park. Here you start and end the bike tour at Eetcafé Het Centrum. The first fifteen kilometers you cycle through forests, heathlands and dunes, after which you cross the border. At our eastern neighbors you continue your tour in the direction of Kevelaer. Stretch your legs on the square near the Maria Basilica. This neo-Gothic basilica was built in 1858 and is breathtakingly painted on the inside. You cycle back to the Netherlands via Lüllingen and Walbeck. Another few kilometers and you are back at the starting point. Enjoy specialty beers, delicious wines and something tasty to eat at the cozy Eetcafé Het Centrum.
