The easy hike takes you on wide paths to the nature reserve around the Attlesee and Kögelweiher. The tour is suitable for pushchairs and features multiple swimming options and wonderful mountain views.
From the Rindegger Tanne hiking car park, you walk across the vast fields in the direction of Lachen and on to Attlesee. Shortly before the hamlet of the same name, you will discover the lake with its swampy surroundings. If you're not going to swim, you can now continue through blooming alpine meadows. Depending on the season, unique species such as gentian, orchid or woolly grass bloom here, depending on the season.
You go in the direction of the Kögelweiher. In the spring you will find frogs and dragonflies here, in the summer the bells of the young cattle can be heard from the Alpe Kögelhof. Very likely you will also come across a fisherman trying his luck on the shore. You reach the Weiler Schicken through forests and meadows until you almost reach your final destination.
