Description
Then put on your walking shoes and discover this beautiful village in the quiet Noord-Beveland. In Kortgene is the beautiful Nicholas Church from 1686. The fifteenth-century tower is the only medieval building that survived the All Saints' Flood of 1532 (which flooded all of North Beveland). You can get a breath of fresh air on the dike, while enjoying beautiful views over the Veerse Meer. You walk back along the edge of the Westpolder (one meter below sea level).
