Walking through the Máximapark in Utrecht

Want to stretch your legs and take a lovely walk in Utrecht? Then this route is for you. No matter what time of year you take this walk, it is always nice to explore the area. You start at Brazzerie Abrona in De Meern. The brasserie is located in a former farm. A beautiful monumental building with oak beams. Here you can enjoy a nice snack and a drink after your walk. From the brasserie you walk north to the Maximapark. The city park, named after Queen Maxima, forms the green central heart of the large urban expansion of Utrecht west of the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. After you have walked through the park, you walk back to Brazzerie Abrona.
