The starting point is the hiking car park Adlgaß.

From here it goes north over a small bridge, straight on along the wide forest path (No. 14), following the climb. Following the signs to the Steiner Alm, you walk through a beautiful mixed forest, past the bustling Frillenseebach, until you reach the Bergwald adventure trail after a short time. Numerous attractive experience points await you here. Arriving at the beautiful Frillensee, the path leads from the shelter on the east bank to the Steiner Alm. About half of the route follows a natural forest trail, half of which is shaded by a mixed forest, making it manageable even on hot sunny days.
