Baarn Highlights

This cycling route introduces you to the highlights of beautiful Baarn. The route starts at Groeneveld Castle, from there you cycle around and through Baarn past special cultural heritage and beautiful sights, such as Soestdijk Palace, De Hooge Vuursche Castle and De Naald van Waterloo. With this route, experience the peace and quiet that wealthy merchants sought in the 17th and 18th centuries. You cycle past water features, heathland and drifting sand to enjoy an organic pastry at the farm shop Hoeve Ravenstein during the break after a cycling tour. Along the way you will experience the tranquility of the centuries-old forests, the Soester dunes, the Larense heath, the Blaricumse meent and Eemnesser polder.
