Through the dunes around Egmond-Binnen

Aren't you afraid of a bit of climbing and descending? Then this is a beautiful cycle route that takes you about fifty kilometers through beautiful dune landscape. A century ago this area looked very different. Now dozens of bird species breed and mushrooms grow in abundance in the pine forests. This is partly thanks to nature conservation projects by Staatsbosbeheer. Along the way you cycle through picturesque seaside resorts such as Egmond aan Zee, Schoorl and Bergen aan Zee. In these villages you can still taste the atmosphere of the past. The route starts and ends at Herberg Binnen. Here you can enjoy delicious coffee and something to eat before or after your tour.
