The route crosses the border between Germany and the Netherlands. Here you have a beautiful view into Germany. Zyfflich is a licorice that originated on a beach ridge (elevation) in the floodplain landscape. Already around the year 1000, the diocese founded a church there. You can clearly notice during the walk that Zyfflich is located on a beach ridge. From the elevation in the landscape you can look far into the beautiful floodplain landscape. There is a lot to do around Zyfflich. The landscape with agricultural plots and small houses is attractive to walk through. In the summer months you can also enjoy a visit to a garden full of flowers and statues. Agriculture has traditionally been possible on the embankment around Zyfflich.
