Border shopping in Baarle-Nassau and Baarle-Hertog

The first part you walk on an unpaved path between the meadows and fields. You enjoy the silence here. You then walk through the enclave villages of Baarle-Nassau and Baarle-Hertog. A unique environment, because the border between Belgium and the Netherlands criss-crosses, sometimes even through homes! The boundaries have been made visible everywhere with special paving stones and aluminum plates in the road surface. In the cozy double village you will also pass a number of sights, such as the old town hall. Further on is Baarle\\\'s Museum, which is dedicated to statues made of candle wax.
