Tour of the Brand and Strijdhoef Castle

You immediately dive into a nice path past the café. Here you walk through De Brand, a small-scale and moist landscape with ancient forests and small flowery meadows. Then you continue to Udenhout, one of the many beautiful typical Brabant villages in the area. You will also pass the historic country estate De Strijdhoef, called't Kasteel by the locals. The mansion was built around 1760. The extensive estate is freely accessible. You will see an eighteenth-century water feature, a forest of stars and several ornaments.
