Description
After the cozy Garderen you will discover the Speulderbos, one of the oldest and most beautiful forests in the Netherlands. The ancient oaks seem to move. They have been twisted into wondrous shapes by age and give the forest the nickname'the forest of the dancing trees\\\'. Just before Putten you pass the Schovenhorst estate. The garden has many exotic trees, some are 40 meters high. Cycling to the east, you will soon come across sheepfold Schapedrift at the Ermelosche Heide Visitor Center. The herd grazes daily on the heath.
