Walking stage 10: Vlijmen - Lith | Zuiderwaterlinie

Nowadays, anyone walking through 's-Hertogenbosch is greeted by cozy terraces in the shadow of centuries-old buildings. The city was in a strategic location and was one of the most robust links in the Spanish defense line against the Republic of the Seven United Netherlands. During this stage you will cross this historic city and pass sights such as Fort Orthen, Fort Willem, the Dieze estuary, the Maasuiterwaarden and the Lithse Ham nature reserve.
