Description
Brabant conviviality in the green surroundings of Halsteren. Shortly after departure you cycle past Fort de Roovere. This was once a redoubt that was part of the West Brabant water line. It is an earthen fort that is connected to Fort Pinssen by a wall. You cycle on to Zoomland. This is a nature reserve east of Bergen op Zoom. You reach the border through the meadows and wooded area. Belgium. Another country gives just that holiday feeling. Back in the Netherlands you cycle past Roosendaal to Wouw. Inhabitants of this village are also called"Pap farmers\\\". A sign of prosperity.
