Description
You get on your bike to explore the area around the Veluwemeer. The Veluwemeer is an elongated lake between the northern Veluwe and Flevoland. It is one of the Veluwe border lakes that were created after the reclamation of the IJsselmeer. The area along the Veluwemeer invites you to walk and cycle. It is a wooded area where you can enjoy cycling. There are plenty of opportunities for water and beach recreation on Lake Veluwe, ideal for the summer. But in winter - when it has frozen sufficiently - the lake is the setting for the Veluwemeer tour.
