Zeeland Riviera

So time for a bike ride across Walcheren, one of the most beautiful regions of the Netherlands. First you cycle through Zoutelande, a pleasant seaside resort that is also called the'Zeeuwse Riviera\\\'. On the Ring you will see some beautiful buildings and the beautiful old Catharina Church.
Domburg
You pass the Westkapelse Kreek that was created after the North Sea dike was destroyed in a bombing raid during the Second World War. From the dike you have a beautiful view of the sea for a while, after which you cycle through the old heart of Domburg. You can see the thirteenth-century church here. You then cycle on low-traffic roads through the polders with their vast meadows and fields. How wonderfully quiet it is here!
