A walk through the polders near Nunspeet

Just outside Nunspeet it is a beautiful walk through the wide polders. Put on your sturdy shoes and come and enjoy the unprecedented tranquility.

Lake Veluwe
You can enjoy a carefree holiday at EuroParcs Resort Veluwemeer. This of course includes a nice walk, so you can relax. From the resort you can walk straight into the polders. First you walk along part of the Zuiderzee route. From the path you have a beautiful view over the Veluwemeer. On the other side you can see the wooded shore of Flevoland.

The pigeon
Around Lage Bijssel you walk along fields and meadows. You will see some beautiful old farmhouses. You will also pass Molen de Duif, an octagonal thatched flour mill from 1886. It stands on the spot where two other mills burned down earlier. The accompanying Mulders House was built in 1786. While you continue walking through the polder, you can get a breath of fresh air under the high skies. Back at EuroParcs Resort Veluwemeer, you can recharge your batteries with a meal in the restaurant.
