Camping Zum Feuerberg

Visit the website

At camping Zum Feuerberg you camp directly along the river Moselle. The site is on the sunny south side of the river. You can watch the canal boats and inland vessels slowly pass by on the Moselle for hours on end. Directly opposite the campsite is the picturesque wine village of Ediger-Eller, known for its historic half-timbered houses and cozy terraces and restaurants.

On the A48 you leave the highway at Laubach in the direction of Cochem. Then keep following the Moselle towards Senheim. After Senheim it is still a four kilometer drive until you reach the campsite. The last part may be a bit unreliable on your navigation. It is more convenient to follow the campsite signs. You then drive on the cycle path along the Moselle and pass the pitches for motorhomes. On the right you see the Moselle and the beautiful pitches for tents, a beach and a slipway. The entrance to the campsite is on your left.

Information and fresh sandwiches

The reception is located in the main building and can be reached by stairs. You can get information about the area and get fresh bread rolls every morning. The sanitary facilities are also located here, which are modern and clean. In March 2018, the construction of several new sanitary facilities was completed. So you can already use this during the coming holiday...

With your tent on the Moselle

The Dutch owner Harold van Dijk takes good care of his beautiful campsite. It is tidy everywhere and you can choose from spacious pitches of approximately 100 m2. The most beautiful places are on the river. If you are traveling with a tent, you can even set it up on a lawn with a pebble beach right on the Moselle.

Swimming in pool or river

Popular with families with children and with older campers (in low season), the site has a simple, small pool of 50 m2. You can cool off here on a summer day. The swimming pool is located just behind the main house. There is plenty of space around the pool to sunbathe or play in the grass. You can of course also swim in the Moselle. There is a safe swimming area in the water at the pebble beach.

The Calmont on

Camping Zum Feuerberg is located about five kilometers from the village of Bremm, which is home to Europe's steepest vineyard, the Calmont. If you are not afraid of heights, you can take the adventurous Calmont via ferrata hike here. This road sometimes goes up so steeply that ladders and steel cables have been placed. But your efforts will be rewarded: once at the top you have a phenomenal view over the valley of the Moselle.
