BY't VEER is a welcoming terrace located on the Veerdam in Brakel with a beautiful view over the Waal. The terrace is open from April to September. Everyone can come here for a cup of coffee with cake, a delicious fresh lunch or a nice drink. Please note: not open on Saturdays during the football season, as this initiative is linked to the local football club's canteen. Nearby you can discover Loevestein Castle with its beautiful nature reserve, or cycle to the beautiful old towns of Woudrichem and Gorinchem. In less nice weather there is also room inside and we offer the option to order a picnic bag.
