Wijnhuis
In the heart of the medieval center of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen is the Wijnhuis, which already had a tower in the 15th century. In addition to an inn, it was also a city car. Traders were required to have their products weighed before offering them on the market. Coins as well as merchandise and wine were weighed. It also functioned as the residence of the city guard and was the place where the city council issued the public announcements. In 1420 the city became the owner of the property.
