At meeting point Da Costa, clients from Philadelphia and people from the neighborhood come together to meet each other. Have a nice chat, drink a cup of coffee or read the newspaper. Once a week a neighborhood meal is cooked and eaten with local residents. Even if you are not a local resident or client, you are very welcome at Da Costa.
