Herberg Welgelegen

Herberg Welgelegen is a beautiful and rustic old villa on the Oude Rijn. They believe in a small-scale and enterprising organization, supported by the local community and helped by volunteers. Because commercial activities generate income, they increasingly need to rely less on the government's wallet or the clients' wallet. Herberg Welgelegen, the former town hall of Valkenburg, has a rich history. The building was built in 1895 as a home for the director of one of the pan factories that could be found along the Oude Rijn. A nice base for Oegstgeest and Katwijk!
