Farm I See

Farm I See is a shop where more than twenty local producers of regional products sell their wares. You will find fruit and vegetables from Boeregoed, fruit juices, jams, honey, nuts, beer, Unwijs Lekker bonbons, too many to mention. Here you can take all kinds of ingredients for the vegetable stock. Open from Wednesday to Saturday. For the vegetable stock (if available): * 6-8 Garlic cloves or a jar of fermented garlic, * 3 Onions, * 4 Celery stalks, * 1/4 Celeriac, * 2 Winter carrots (or 4-5 carrots), * 3 Leek stalk, * 4 bay leaves, * Optional: red pepper for spicy broth, * Olive oil, For the tomato soup: * 1 onion, * 3 bay leaves, * 250 grams of minced meat.
