Our heart cheese is unique! So unique, in fact, that it is patented. The first hearts were made in the spring of 2002. The idea behind it? The love for the region in which we live: the Green Heart. Now we make these kilo and pound cheeses almost daily and we have expanded the range with a cheese in the shape of a tulip. And another thing to be proud of: we are purveyor to the Royal Household. This designation is only awarded to small businesses that occupy a prominent place and are at least a hundred years old!
