Kerk van Stavenisse

Jacob van Lennep and Dirk van Hogendorp visit this church during their trip through the Netherlands. They look at the tomb of Baron Tuyll van Serooskerken, a craftsman who died in 1669. Only the seventeenth-century church tower remains of the original church. The rest were rebuilt in 1911.
