Boerderij Welgelegen

Farm Welgelegen is located in an oasis of peace, surrounded by nature. A Bed & Breakfast in an attractive and traditional farmhouse, built in 1885. In addition to neat, simple rooms, there are various rooms for breakfast, a cup of coffee or a drink. At the front are the attractive Hunting Room and Forest Room, in the middle the breakfast room (De Stal). Around the property are several terraces and seating areas. From the front terrace you have a beautiful view over the Frisian meadows. The cosy, informal atmosphere makes it an ideal base for walking and cycling trips in South-West Friesland. The farm is peacefully located in beautiful Gaasterland, close to the Gaasterland forests, the Frisian lakes and the IJsselmeer.
