Visit the website
The basilica of Scherpenheuvel - the pilgrimage site of Belgium - is the oldest domed church in the Netherlands. Consecrated in 1627, it is built in white sandstone and brown-red iron sandstone and has both Renaissance and Baroque features. The beautiful paintings by Theodoor van Loon complete the picture.
