Beklimming Daalhemmerweg

The Daalhemmerweg is best known as a descent towards the foot of the Cauberg. Although the pros in the Amstel Gold Race descend via the Sibbergrubbe, many tours choose the Daalhemmerweg. This road is certainly suitable as a climb. Seen from the air, the climb is almost parallel to the famous Cauberg. Still, the Daalhemmerweg is a lot easier. Due to the lack of real steepness, this climb is more suitable for riding with flexibility.
