Fort Nieuwersluis

At this historic site, owned by Natuurmonumenten, you can complete your stopover every Sunday with delicious coffee & tea, various homemade cakes and lunch. Due to the relative tranquility in and around the fort, special flora and fauna have settled on the site, such as bird's milk and the bearded bat. Every Sunday there is a tea garden and you can rent a beautiful space for a party or meeting. You can enter the fortress island every day and view the barracks from outside.
