Beklimming Camerig West

The Camerig-west is a variant of the Camerig. The disadvantage? It is a lot shorter, but on the other hand you do not have any descents in between. A lot better for the riders with a long breath. The climb is highly recommended because the forest is quiet and the hairpin bends are really reminiscent of the Alps. Just like the original climb, this variant starts at the large parking lot of the Wingbergerhoeve just outside Epen. The climb starts spicy: more than a kilometer around 7%, then it flattens out slightly. At restaurant Buitenlust you turn left. At the first hairpin bend the road climbs again. After that, the climb continues smoothly. Those who are still comfortable here will enjoy the beautiful forest and the winding road to the fullest.
