Boshuizerbergen

The 200 ha Boshuizerbergen estate is nationally known for its extensive sand drifts and a population of juniper berries that is unique in Limburg. The juniper trees with their whimsical silhouettes stand out against the light, relief-rich sandy landscape. The imminent reclamation of the area in 1931 was the reason to set up Het Limburgs Landschap to save this special area with its juniper berries.
