Ruïne van het Franciscaner klooster

In the forest near Barbara 's Weerd you can find the ruins of a Franciscan monastery. The former Barbara 's Weerd estate is now part of the Arcen estate and castle. During the Eighty Years' War, the monastery, like other religious buildings, was destroyed by State troops and has not been rebuilt afterwards.
