Albert Verweij

At the intersection with the Prins Hendrikweg, on a plinth, you will see the head of the poet Albert Verwey, cast in metal. This famous poet lived in a characteristic villa on the other side until his death in 1937. Unfortunately, this villa has been demolished for the construction of a few bungalows.
