In the garden of Helmond Castle you will find this bronze statue made by Theresia van der Pant. The artwork consists of a crane. Van der Pant often deals with figurative animal figures in her art. She previously depicted the animals as simply as possible. Later on she often had the animals perform an activity in her artwork. Consider, for example, dancing bears.
