Kasteel van Brasschaat

Brasschaat Castle dates from the end of the 19th century. This French-style castle was built on the spot where the Helhoeve building used to be. In addition to this beautiful castle, two forester's houses and a gardener's house were also built here. Later the castle was expanded with two lateral wings and a few terraces. Around the castle you will find a park with a lush forest, lanes, lawns and a large pond. From 1949, this 170-hectare domain was parceled out and parts of it were sold.
