Kruiskensberg

According to legend, a shepherd healed here in the 13th century after drinking from a well. To commemorate this, a chapel and a Stations of the Cross were built here. The surrounding forest with heather and sandy ridges forms a pleasant hiking backdrop. Nearby you can go to the Sint-Jozefshoeve for a delicious farm ice cream. Copyright photo: Mie De Backer
