Provinciaal Groendomein Kesselse Heide

In the Kesselse Heide you will discover the Kempen as it looked for a long time: a mix of heather, coniferous and deciduous forests, sandy plains and fens. You will find the typical heather vegetation: purple heather bushes, sand sedge, bunt grass and heather. The free-roaming, grazing sheep play an important role in preserving this landscape.
