Provinciedomein Bergelen

The Bergelen provincial domain originated around a sand extraction pit that was dug in the early 1970s during the construction of the E403 motorway. The domain now covers 54 hectares. You will find meadows, wild fields, hay fields and forests - really a place where hikers and cyclists can indulge themselves. There is also a play forest for the children and an observation hut for bird watchers.
