Kasteel Evenburg

The castle garden has always been open to everyone. Not only many holidaymakers appreciate this, who quickly embrace the English landscape garden with Evenburg Castle in the middle. Evenburg Castle, located in southern East Friesland, is an old moated castle that was renovated in the 19th century. The royal baron of Ehrentreuter had the castle built in the Dutch style in the mid-17th century, and in the 19th century the Count of Wedel had the neglected castle renovated.
