Haersterveer

One of the few hand-drawn cable ferries in the Netherlands. The ferry is in the water from May 1 to October 1. It is operated by volunteers daily between 10am and 7pm for a minimal fee. There is a bell on the side of Zwolle to alert the ferry owner to your presence. Out of season you can drive from Zwolle via junctions 67 and / or 47 to junction 69 in Haerst. Coming from Haerst you drive via junction 69 to junction 47 to cross the Overijsselse Vecht.
