P06 - Drie - Speulderbos

The Speulderbos at Drie resembles a 'primeval forest' with its gnarled, green mossy oaks and half-decayed trunks. The many burial mounds in the area show that the 'primeval' inhabitants also lived here. In the Speulderbos lies the Solse Gat, a pit surrounded by legends that dates back to the Ice Age.
