B05 - Vorden - De Wiersse

The history of De Wiersse in Vorden dates back to the 13th century. However, the estate owes its fame to the beautiful gardens that were laid out in the early 20th century. Alice de Stuers was responsible for this, daughter of the famous monument fighter Victor de Stuers. The gardens are still maintained by this family.
