Hotel Britannia

It has always been a hotel, but in 1989 it came into the hands of the Vanhollebeke family and was then thoroughly renovated. It is located on the wide, willow-lined Elizabetlaan, between spacious villas with lots of greenery and flowers. The Knokke golf course is nearby, as is the Zoute laan, the departure point for the famous Het Zwin nature reserve. The spacious and bright rooms offer all the comforts that the guest wants to enjoy today. The building and the general appearance have retained much of the striking character of the Interwar period. The entrance looks particularly inviting, with sunny seating areas under wide umbrellas. The large, moody salon is stylishly furnished with cozy armchairs, a card table, a children's corner, and a selection of holiday literature.
