Ijsboerderij t Olde Pietepol

When we decided that we were going to start producing farm ice cream, the question was what the ice cream farm should be called. We didn't have to think long about that, the name 't Olde Pietepol is well known in the area. (For many people we are not just the Lensink family, but we are called Lensink van de Pietepol! It has even been described in the municipal archives since 1800. The name 't Olde Pietepol comes from the Pietepol family who lived there before the Lensink family. They emigrated to Canada around 1850 and the farm was sold to the Lensink family, where the 5th generation now lives. From March to November you can enjoy a delicious farmer's ice cream, but also coffee, tea, chocolate milk, soft drinks , cakes, etc. You can choose to sit outside in the sun, while the children have fun on the play equipment or in the sheltered shed.
