De kapel van de Locht

This chapel dates, according to the wall anchors in the façade, from 1661. It was built by the former residents and managed by chapel masters. As far as the construction of the chapel is concerned, it has the same rectangular construction with a bell tower and a three-sided chancel closure as the Chapel of the Hoksent. The place of worship is dedicated to Saint Bernard of Clairvaux, who is also invoked against livestock diseases. The chapel is a protected monument and is currently on the waiting list of Monuments Conservation for restoration.
