Muizenfort (Fort-C)

Fort C, also known as the Muizenfort, is home to the Vesting Muiden Visitor Center from 1 April, which includes an unmanned tourist information office with leaflets and a digital touch screen with all the tourist information from the region. There is also a museum about both the Defense Line of Amsterdam and the New Dutch Waterline. A beautiful film is shown on three wide screens with the story of both lines. There are information panels and a DIY furniture with information about Fort C. An escape room will also open in the fort in the autumn. The Muizenfort is also an ideal location to start your bike or walking tour here. We have set out various routes for cyclists and walkers. Opposite the fort you can get a drink and chips or fresh fish.
